Mandatory skill requirements: 1. Experience developing complex web-based applications with Java, XML & JavaScript 2. Experience employing application frameworks such as Spring, Struts and JSF 3. Experience with UML diagrams 4. Experience writing Software Security Plans Optional skill requirements: 1. Experience woring in an Agile and test deriven development process 2. Experience using Jira issue tracking system 3. Knowledge of WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, etc.
