Responsibilities

Identify applications that can support the exploitation of databases. Assess what will be required to integrate a particular tool into the customer environment. Integrate tools into the customer environment. Uses the BPM application to create live implementations of processes. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. Tests, debugs and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documenation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency, Provides technical direction to programmers as required to ensure program deadlines are met.

Experience

Mandatory skill requriements: 1. Development of GIS applications 2. Development experience in ESRI-related GUI environments 3. Experience with admin. and config. of ESRI spatial database engine (SDE) using Oracle 4. Experience with ESRI data appliance 5. Administration of ArcGIS Server 6. Ability to ELT geospatial data into ArcGIS 7. Experience as a GIS analyst: Good knowledge of ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcSDE, etc. Optional skills: 1. Experience with the Agency's PMF

Education

BS in Computer Science desired, but not required.
