Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements. Help identify technology solutions with the potential to improve business processes. Work with stakeholders and others to define constraints, and develop requirements and concept of operation (CONOPS) documentation. Work wtih stakeholders to identify best-fit technical solutions. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide conceptual design, prototype and test cycles appropriate to the chosen technical solution. Identify and manage dependencies with other systems. Evaluate industry offerings to identify products and technologies to support the design. Record lessons learned, processes and procedures in appropriate formats. Work with project personnel to resolve schedule problems. Develop and implement test plans. Ensure all deliverables meet all relevant quality and security standards.

Experience
Mandatory skill requirements: 1. Certification in EnCase or Forensic Tool Kit (FTK) 2. 10 years experience with EnCase, FTK or other COTS forensic applications 3. Ability to translate user needs into detailed requirements Optional skill requirements: 1. Knowledge of terrorist tradecraft 2. Knowledge of existing Agency forensic capabilities and processes

BS in Computer Science desired, but not requried
Certification
