Responsibilities

Analyze and study complex system requirements. Desigh software tools and subsystems. Translate detailed design into computer software. Implement COTS packages. Test, debur, and refine computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure dealines are met.

Experience

Mandatory Skill Requirements: 1. Experience developing cloud-based technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Cassandra) 2. Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, XFire/CXF 3. Experience using recent Oracle (10g or 11g) and knowledge of SQL 4. Experience developing web services (SOAP, RESTful) 5. Basic knowledge of CM processes and technologies (SVN/CVS) 6. Experience with XML/XSLT tools and concepts
