Responsibilities

Analyze and study complex system requirements. Desigh software tools and subsystems. Translate detailed design into computer software. Implement COTS packages. Test, debur, and refine computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure dealines are met.

Mandatory skill requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience integrating COTS products using JavaScript 2. Demonstrated experience providing O&M support to COTS products 3. Demonstrated experience working on Agency projects that deployed in WMA or the field 4. Demonstrated experience implementing interfaces between COTS products Optional skills: 1. Experience implementing the newScale Request Center COTS product 2. Oracle 3. WebLogic
