Responsibilities
Positions are located at the Group, Office/Component level, Working Capital Fund office or within the CFO's office. Work involves assisting senior management with resource decisions and for providing input to strategic/programmatic guidance to Agency customers; preparing supporting documentation for budge exercises, requests fior reserve releases, supplementals and reprogrammings; performing operational, short- and long -term trand analyses; working collaboratively to locate, collect and interpret relevant cost data to identify potential savings for the Agency's mission; employ program analysis techniques to highlight critical budget, schedule and performance risk factors and propose alternative mitigation solutions; develop resource management tools and and procedures; provide value added and timely cuystomer support. Work includes using decision support tools, models and methodologies.

Experience
Progressively responsible professional work experience in project/program mangement, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, cost estimation, or structure approaches to data analysis.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related fiekd with a concetration in financial management or financial analysis. Or better yet, a Bachelor's degree in Quantative Analysis or a closely related field
