Responsibilities

Solves complex application development problems. Senior people provide technical and administrative direction for personnel persorming software development tasks, including the rewiew of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Responsible for developing and implementing applications software. Develops plans for information technology systems from project inception to conslusion. Analyzes the problem and information to be processed. Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications, fro mshich programmers prepare detailed flow cahrts, programs and tests. Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions. Prepares test plans and test data to test the proposed system.

Mandatory skills required: 1. Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate or equivalent object relational mapping tools 2. In-depth understanding of Java, Java servlets, JavaServer pages, custom tags, JDBC 3. Knowledge of XML and HTML 4. Knowledge and understanding of Ant and unit testing frameworks, specifically JUnit 5. Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript Optional skills: 1. Groovy, Restful services, Maven
