Responsibilities

The Mission Support Administrator performs a variety of administrative duties, providing support within the Mission Directorates/Intelligence Commuity (IC). The position provides general and specific administrative services and directly supports one of more functions or business areas including facilities management, finance, human resources, imaging and publishing, information management, logistics, procurement, medical, security and general administrative support. Duties and responisbilities include: office administration (maintain schedule, monitor e-mail and telephone), information management (maintain filing systems), office management (scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements), logistics, (ordering supplies, maintaining inventory) finance, (maintain accounting records, process travel vouchers) and contract management.
