Responsibilities

Maintaining inventories of goods and materials for area of assignment (Directorate, Component or Staff office). Ensure all relevant property is added to the accountable property system. Create hard copy documentation for addition, adjustment and deletion of property. Prepare, issue hand receipts, contact at least an annual; inventory and document findings.

1. Ability to become familiar with Agency regulations, policies and procedures 2. Basic knowledge of Logistics procedures and policies; and databases and applications 3. Microsoft Office
