Responsibilities

Provides financial administrative support to Budget and Finance (B&F) offices throughout the Agency or Financial Operations, Acquisition Services, Working Capital Fund business offices, Pay & Benefits, or Central Travel Services. Prerform the full range of assigned financeial transactions, prepare accountings, analyze source documentation, reconcile and update General Ledger accounts, perform accounts payable functions, provide customer service and technical assistance.

Experience

1. Progressively responsible experience performing financial records processing and financial records management work 2. Knowledge of Agency finance regulations, policies and procedures 3. Knowledge of Agency finance and acquisition systems

Education

Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field
