Responsibilities

Develops and executes test plans, procedures and scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration and acceptance testing. Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate test applications. Develops schedules. Creates test scripts. Tests existing applications for compliance with upgrades. Ensures new applications and software modifications meet requirements and operate satisfactorily. Ensures that the software interfaces with new and existing systems. May build test environments to include installing appropriate software. Documents the success and/or failure of all executed tests.

Experience

Mandatory skill requirements: 1. C/C++ programming experience - ability to modify C/C++ code 2. Background in XML, HTML and JavaSCript used during script debugging effort 3. Willingness to learn current suite of performance test tools: compuware, ITKO LISA 4. Ability to perorm some system admin duties

Education

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or similar technical field is required
