Responsibilities
Configuration management of computer systems, networks, workstations and their configurations. Configuration change tracking and documentation control. Provides support at meetings, enters or updates configuration tracking information in appropriate databases, develops board agendas, notifies attendees of meetings, maintains configuration control board action items/issues.

Experience
Mandatory Skill Requirements: 1. Experience in IT operations at the enterprise level 2. Experience resolving technical problems 3. Experience developing and implementing CM program and processes 4. Experience developing and delivering Asset Management program and processes 5. Knowledge of RDBMS 6. Strong ITIL knowledge
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred, but not required.
Certification
None required.
