Annual Leave
IIS provides 20 paid annual leave days per year to start, and 25 days after 5 years. Annual leave may be used for vacation or sickness. Annual leave may be accumulated until twice your annual amount is reached.
Holidays
IIS provides 10 paid holidays per year to include New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Health Insurance
IIS provides a Health Savings Account (HSA) approach to health care. Our health insurance is provided by UnitedHealthcare (UHC). The insurance has a $1,200 deductible for a single person and $2,400 for a family that must be met before UHC pays a claim. However, IIS deposits $1,200 or $2,400 into your HSA for you to use to pay your medical bills until UHC starts paying. UHC uses a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) not a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) approach. Employees will incur extra costs if they use non-network providers. $1,200 / $2,400 is also the annual out of pocket expense limit.
IIS pays the entire cost of health insurance for the employee and family!
Health and Fitness Club Allowance
IIS encourages its employees to maintain a sound body, therefore, we contribute up to $200 annually for employees that join a fitness club.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is provided by the Principal Financial Group.
IIS pays the entire cost of the dental insurance for the employee and family!
Short Term Disability Insurance
IIS offers fully paid short term disability insurance. The benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum of $1500 per week for the first 13 weeks.
Long Term Disability Insurance
IIS offers fully paid long term disability insurance. The benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum of $6,000 per month to age 65. Long term disability begins after short term disability ends.
Life and AD&D Insurance
IIS offers fully paid term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D). Both life and AD&D insurance is provided at one times the annual salary up to $150,000
401K Plan
Managed by Union Central, this plan provides employees with a choice of 19 mutual funds, on-line access to their account, and the ability to transfer monies between funds at any time. Mutual Fund choices are offered from Marsico, MFS, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Neuberger Berman, Oppenheimer, Royce, Scudder, Summit, and T. Rowe Price. Employees may contribute up to $17,000 in 2012 plus an additional $5,500 if they are age 50 or older. IIS matches employee contributions to their 401(k) accounts at 100% of the first 6% of salary. Employees may begin contributing on the first day of the month.
Tuition Assistance
IIS strongly encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can improve or acquire new job-related skills. Therefore we offer tuition reimbursement of up to $4,000 per year for undergraduate classes and up to $5,000 per year for graduate classes, paid in advance of the class (employees receiving less than a B grade must reimburse the company for the up-front payment).
Career Enhancement Program
We recognize that to offer our clients the "best," our employees must be the best. To keep our staff current with the constant evolution of the information technology industry, we pay for professional and vendor training, attendance at trade shows, technology books/magazines/journals, and dues for professional associations such as AFCEA, IEEE, INCOSE, and ISSA.
Employee Referral Program
IIS encourages the recruitment of qualified candidates. Employees who refer a candidate that they know personally will receive up to a $3,000 recruitment bonus for technical positions.
New Business Incentive Program
Employees share in the revenue stream generated as the result of a new business opportunity that they identify and help capture.
Spot Bonuses
Outstanding performance is rewarded throughout the year with "spot" bonuses.
Profit Sharing
All employees receive a bonus at the end of the year, which varies based on profits for the year.
